Joined PSA in 1969, received APSA in 1982, FPSA in 1989

Currently PSA Public Relations VP
Author of over 25 PSA Journal articles including photos on 5 Journal covers.
Initiated the creation of Electronic Imaging Division for PSA and served as first Chairman.
Over the past 20 years Richard has presented many lectures and presentations dealing with audio visual and slide presentations at conferences such as PPof A, PSA, NECCC, SWMCC, CAPS as well as many local camera clubs.
